Starting next school year the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board will have two student trustees.
Currently there is just one.
According to new regulations, local school boards have to add one more.
In the fall, Dryden will be responsible for appointing an aboriginal student trustee, while Beaver Brae in Kenora will fill the student-at-large trustee position.
