An exciting new partnership has been formed between the Keewatin-Public District School Board and Seven Generations in Fort Frances.
The two agencies are launching an Aboriginal Adult Education program in communities across the Kenora District.
Delbert Horton is the Chief Executive Officer at Seven Generations and says students will be able to learn using the latest technology.
Both partners are now in the process of securing classrooms in each community for a planned start-up of September.
The two parties say the program will help improve graduation rates among First Nation adults.
The program will be offered in several communities including Dryden, Kenora and Sioux Lookout.
The agreement was inked at a News Conference at the Dryden Centre today. (Tuesday)
