Three Shorthanded Goals Sink Eagles

A promising start for the Dryden Eagle Boys High School Hockey team ended in disappointed Tuesday night in Kenora.
Dryden fell to the Beaver Brae Broncos 4-1.
The Eagles opened the scoring with an Alex Calvert wrap-around.
The Broncos would storm back with four unanswered goals, three of which were short-handed.
Dryden was out-shot 47-25.
Justin Oltsher was in between the pipes for the Eagles.
The Broncos now sit in sole possession of second place, two points up on the Eagles.
Both teams have two games left to play.
