Aerial Surveys of Lakes in the Area

The Ministry of Natural Resources is monitoring the health of fish populations in Dryden, Red Lake, Sioux Lookout and Kenora.
Biologists are keeping tabs on walleye and lake trout lakes in the region.
Fisheries Biologist Kim Armstrong says they’ll be conducting aerial surveys.
The study is expected to be complete by mid September.
