A medivac plane en route to Winnipeg from the Kenora
airport on Monday had to halt it’s trip, after a deer hit
the aircraft’s left hand propellor.
Ken Bittle is the President of Thunder Airlines, and
says the plane is up and running again, but the engine and
propellor had to be removed.

No one was injured, but Bittle adds the incident could
have been worse, if the deer had hit the plane’s nose.
The total cost of repairs is not yet known.
