The Dryden Airport Industrial-Commercial Development Strategy has been presented to City officials.
Council will vote next Monday whether to accept the $1.2-million expansion plan.
Consultant Warren Thompson says construction of a new taxiway, paving of a gravel taxiway and construction of new hangars are just some of the priorities.
Thompson says other suggestions include construction of a combined services building for training and storage purposes, upgrades to the Main Terminal building and an improved water system.
The strategy also calls for industrial lot development, the realignment of Ghost Lake Road and a Satellite Fire Hall.
Thompson says the facility may adopt an Airport Improvement Fee to offset some of the costs.
