Airport Scare in Thunder Bay

Maybe they just wanted the car to be warm
when they got back.
Airport officials in Thunder Bay say a Cadillac Escalade
left running in front of the airport terminal caused a bit of a security concern.
Ed Schmidtke, the airport’s manager of business development, says police were called Wednesday morning after security spotted the running SUV.
Schmidtke says no one responded to pages for the owner.
Police got into the unlocked SUV and, after determining it wasn’t a threat, moved it to a parking space.
Schmidtke says the owners were already en route to Orlando, Fla., when their vehicle was discovered.
They can pick up their keys at security on return.
