Alcohol is being blamed for a motor vehicle crash in Red Lake.
OPP say a vehicle veered off the road near Skookum Bay Bridge and became completely submerged in water.
Police arrived at the scene and found two people standing on the shore with minor cuts and bruises.
Red Lake OPP say the driver of the vehicle had been drinking and he was arrested.
Police say a 21-year Madsen man has been charged with operating a motor vehicle over the legal limit.
He will appear in court on Thursday.
