All highways are now open across northwestern Ontario.
Provincial Police fully reopened both Highway 17 and 71 just before 3 o’clock Friday morning.
Highway 502 opened around 6 o’clock Thursday night.
The closures were endless throughout the day as OPP dealt with non-stop collisions and jack-knifed transports.
No serious injuries were reported.
Caution is still urged as some roads are snow packed and slippery.
