The Atikokan Coal-fired Plant may have a future after all.
Mayor Dennis Brown says it’s his understanding that several consultants
have responded to a study looking at burning alternative fuel.
Brown says a number of things will happen after the study is
completed November 7th.

The Ministry of Energy agreed to the study earlier this year and the
Town of Atikokan provided the terms of reference.
