Alvin David Benjamin

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Alvin David Benjamin on April 29th at the age of 82 years. Alvin is survived by his six children, David, Blaine, Debbie, Kim, Holly and Cindy. His 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and lifelong friend Helen Hindmarsh. He is also survived by brothers, Ralph, Alfred, Don, Dean and sister Alvina and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in Ear Falls, at the Royal Canadian Legion at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday May 7th. A luncheon and gathering of friends and family will take place after the memorial service. Alvin requested that he be cremated and will be laid to rest with his parents David and Matilda in North Branch, Ontario at a later date. In lieu of flowers if friends so desire, donations can be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice in Alvin’s memory.
