American Angler Drowns

A 60-year-old American man is dead following a boating mishap Northeast
of Kenora.
OPP were called to Scenic Lake on Monday after an Illinois man died
while fishing with his son.
Police say the 2 were in a boat in rough water when they were thrown
into the water.
Despite efforts by his son to pull his father to shore, William Louis
lost consciousness and died.
Neither man was wearing a life-jacket at the time.
