American Fined For Hunting Violation

An International Falls man has been fined in connection with a hunting incident in northwestern Ontario.
Cody Christensen was fined $3,000 after pleading guilty to a charge of failing to report the acquisition of a moose.
The charge stems from an October 2013 investigation by the Ministry of Natural Resources into the shooting of a moose which was transported to a taxidermist in International Falls, but was never reported.
A Fort Frances man was fined $1,700 in connection with the case last month.
