It’s New Year’s Eve and that means Dryden Police and the Ontario Provincial Police will be out on the streets.
The Festive RIDE campaign is still in place.
OPP Constable Anne McCoy says people celebrating can take steps to ensure other’s don’t get behind the wheel while drunk.
McCoy recommends party-goers consider alternatives such as having a designated driver, calling a cab or staying over at a friends house.
