A majority of anglers on Lac Seul are obeying the rules.
The Ministry of Natural Resources recently conducted a 3-day
enforcement blitz and 400-people were checked.
The MNR says only 13 charges were laid, including fishing with extra
lines, over limits of bass and walleye and possession of slot size walleye.
Warnings were issued for failure to have proper safety equipment, not
carrying a fishing license and alcohol-related infractions.
