Another Call to Twin Highway 17

The Retired Teachers of Ontario is lobbying both levels of Government
to upgrade Highway 17.
Spokesperson Cliff Hueber says the Trans-Canada needs to be divided
into 4 lanes from Dryden to Manitoba as well as from Nipigon to Thunder Bay.
Hueber is optimistic that the Federal and Provincial Governments will
take the Highway plan seriously.
Hueber adds Minister of Northern Development Michael Gravelle and
Conservative MP Joe Commuzzi appear to be in favour of the project.
