Another False Hostage Situation in Thunder Bay

For the second time in two weeks, Thunder Bay Police had to deal with a standoff.
Spokesperson Chris Adams says Police received a call Monday night about a person holding a hostage at a house on High Street.
After a standoff, an individual was arrested and it was discovered there was no hostage.
