Anti-Bullying Game Being Hosted By Dryden Police And DHS

The Dryden Police Service and Dryden High School are teaming up to combat bullying in our community.

Constable Denise Szachury was a guest on the CKDR Morning Show Thursday to announce an awareness hockey game is being played Saturday night in support of anti-bullying.

The free game features the Eagles Boys Hockey team and the DHS Alumni “The Bald Eagles”.

Szachury says the DHS Leadership class will be in attendance providing information about anti-bullying and prevention tips.

Szachury notes this is a grassroots effort to encourage people to be proactive to prevent bullying.

Fans are urged to wear pink.

Game time is 6:30 at the Memorial Arena.
