Anti-Racism Committee Irate in Sioux Lookout

The Sioux Lookout Anti-Racism Committee is praising Municipal Council and the Chamber of Commerce for their quick and decisive action in response to a publication in the Sioux Lookout TV Guide.
Officials say the guide contains insulting language aimed at the community and its residents.
The group says the strong actions of the Town and Chamber in condemning this kind of slander give them renewed faith in the strength of the community.
The publication company has apologized and the guides have been pulled from all Sioux Lookout Hotels and businesses.
