A reminder that there’s just a few days left to apply for Dryden’s Christmas Cheer program.
If you, a family or someone you know is in need of assistance this holiday season, applications are due Friday November 19.
Coordinator Peggy Howard says program participants will receive gift cards to purchase food and toys and gifts for children.
Applications can be picked up at the Community Support Centre Northwest.
Completed applications may be faxed to 807-223-8370, emailed to cheer@drytel.net, mailed or dropped off in the Cheer Drop Box, at the Community Support Centre-NW; 53 Arthur Street, Dryden, ON P8N 1J7.
Howard notes monetary donations are also still being accepted.
Cheques or cash can be dropped off in the Christmas Cheer drop box at the Community Support Centre-NW or mailed to Christmas Cheer, 53 Arthur Street, Dryden, ON P8N 1J7. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Christmas Cheer’.
Interac e-Transfers may be sent to cheer@drytel.net. No password is required. If you would like a charitable receipt, you’re asked to include your name and mailing address in the message box.
