The Dryden Synchro club has introduced a new program for youth aged 11
and under.
The Aquasquirts program uses creative activites to help swimmers
improve breathing techniques and general swimming skills.
Children also learn how to work with others and develop confidence in
the water.
Officials say the program provides a break for children who are tired
of traditional lessons or stuck at a certain level.
