Area Farmers Speak to Agriculture Chair in Oxdrift

A Conservative MP says the highway system in Northern Ontario needs to
be improved to help local producers ship their goods.
James Bezan, the Chair of the Agriculture Committee for the Federal
Government addressed area farmers in Oxdrift Friday and notes an expanded
rail system is also needed.
Bezan notes he would like to see a more concrete financial plan to help struggling farmers access world markets.
