Area MPP Prepares for Throne Speech

NDP Leader Howard Hampton doesn’t want to hear any promises in this
afternoon’s Speech from the Throne.
Hampton says the Premier needs to come up with solutions for the embattled
manufacturing sector.
The Kenora-Rainy River MPP says if Ontario loses the tax revenue from
the ailing sector, it will be impossible to improve other areas such as
health care and education.
Hampton says the ailing sector has claimed 200,000 jobs in
Ontario.
