The Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre will entertain 20-High
School students from Dryden Thursday.
The students will be meeting researchers and medical professionals who
will demonstrate different cancer research methods, including lab
research, MRI’s and CT scans.
Spokesperson Kathryn Lyzoun says the initiative is part of a new
educational partnership encouraging students to enter the research field.
Lyzoun says these are exciting times to get involved in science
technology in Northwestern Ontario.
