Reasons behind Bill Baxter’s abrupt leave of absence as Chief of Atikokan’s Police Department have now been revealed.
In an open letter, Baxter admits to misuse of a credit card issued to him for deparmental use.
He has repaid nearly $900 & is getting treatment & help for mental health issues.
No word if or when Baxter might return to his job.
