William John (Bill) Franklin

In loving memory of William John (Bill) Franklin who passed away peacefully at his residence in Princess Court on Monday, November 22, 2004. Bill Franklin is survived by his wife Mabel, his children George Franklin of Thunder Bay, Gordon Franklin of Dryden, Wilma Bye of Oxdrift and Patricia Hopkins of Ladysmith, British Columbia, by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great- great- grandchildren. Funeral Services for Bill Franklin will be held Saturday, November 27th at 11:00 a.m. in the First United Church with Rev. Ross Lockhart officiating assisted by Velma Henderson. Interment will follow in the Oxdrift Cemetery. Visitation will take place in the Moffat Chapel on Thursday, November 25th from 6:00 p.m. with Golden Star Masonic Lodge holding a Masonic Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. Should friends desire, donations to Shrine Hospitals, Princess Court or Grace Haven may be made through the Stevens Funeral Homes “Moffat Chapel” P.O.
