Atikokan Hockeyville

The Town of Atikokan has advanced to the next round in the CBC-Kraft Hockeyville competition.
Community members erupted into cheers last week as the Town’s name was announced as a qualifier in the North Region.
Organizer Nicole Halasz says they are hoping for regional communities to jump on board to help Northwestern Ontario become the Hockey Capital of Canada.
The Town must now submit a 2-minute video to CBC in order to advance to the next round.
