Atikokan Man Arrested After Police Find Grow Op

A 48-year-old man faces production of marijuana and possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking following the search of an Atikokan home.
Police and the K9 Unit checked the Mercury Avenue home on June 29th and uncovered a marijuana grow operation inside.
Police seized 131-marijuana plants at various stages of growth as well as 90-grams of dried marijuana.
The street value of the drugs is estimated at $57,000.
48-year-old Randolph Patrick Arnould has been released and will appear in court on July 28th.
