A successful enforcement blitz on Lac Seul.
Conservation officers recently checked 232-anglers, including 204 non-resident anglers, and found that almost 90% of them were following the rules.
Officers did lay 8-charges and issued 18-warnings during the blitz at the east end of the lake.
Charges and warnings were issued for over limit of fish, possessing live fish, using too many fishing lines, operating a boat without personal flotation devices as well as consuming alcohol.
