Atikokan Youth Sentenced

A 17 year old Atikokan youth has been sentenced in connection with a fatal car accident last October.
He pleaded guilty charges of impaired driving causing death, & was handed a 6 month deferred custody order by Thunder Bay Judge Sandy Sargent.
The youth who can not be nammed was also given 12 months probation, 100 hours community service & banned from driving for 4 years.
18 year old Paivi Lisowecki was killed in the collision on Hemlock Ave on October 20th 2004.
