Attracting Immigrants To Northwestern Ontario

Dryden’s Marketing Coordinator is taking a lot back from the Thunder Bay Immigration Forum.
Dana Soucie attended the event on Tuesday, and says she gained a deeper knowledge of immigration.
She says it’s not just about people immigrating to Canada, but it’s about understanding what they are facing when they arrive to our communities and helping them.
Soucie says Northwestern Ontario is in need of skilled trades people, and there are many talented immigrants out there who aren’t working.
She adds by tapping into immigration programs, it will help attract people to the community.
