The Dryden Ice Dogs offence came to life in a convincing 8-2 win over the English River Miners Friday night in Ear Falls.
Dane Fenney led the onslaught with a three goal night.
He also added an assist.
Jonah Coonishis Coon scored his first two SIJHL goals and recorded a helper.
Tyson Holder picked up a goal and 2-assists.
Rory Court and Chris Sitko also found the back of the net.
Robert Kopytek was solid in net making 32-saves.
Dominic Blouin and Devan Vander Wyk replied for English River.
The Miners look to rebound Saturday night as they host the Fort Frances Lakers.
Game time is 7 o’clock.
The Ice Dogs next action is Tuesday night, as they head to Thunder Bay to face the North Stars.
