Avian flu not a concern 2

The medical officer of health for the Northwestern Health Unit is urging people to get their shot for influenza, and not so much worry about the avian flu.

Doctor Pete Sarsfield says although avian flu is receiving a lot of media attention, the flu has not shown it goes from birds to humans, or from one human to another.

He stressed if the flu was being passed from birds, that would be a concern…
