It’s a banner weekend for Solomon and Son Machining. The family-owned and operated business is celebrating the Official Grand Re-Opening of their new shop and retail outlet on Highway 17 west of Dryden. The original shop was destroyed in a fire in February 2013 and after operating from temporary quarters, it was decided to build and expand on property just west of town The massive new facility includes eight service bays, a fabrication shop, retail and part center and more. The event is being marked with a truck show and shine and vendors displays and open house on Saturday.
