Barclay Hall Going on the Market

The Barclay Community Hall may soon be on the market.
Dryden Council is expected to make the property available for sale at its next open meeting on August 24th.
The City says the cost of operating the hall is about $4,500 a year and that figure is expected to climb.
Officials also note there has been little demand for the Hall and the Barclay Field hasn’t been rented in 2-years.
Council has been told prospects of a sale are positive, with 2-parties already expressing an interest.
