The City of Dryden is taking another shot at funding to upgrade the 25-year-old Recreation Complex.
The Municipality is submitting an $8-million application under the newly announced Infrastructure Stimulus Fund.
The money will be spent on an addition to the north side of the facility with room for new changerooms, public washrooms, a storage room and a workshop.
The second floor of the Arena would also be modified.
Dryden is expected to hear if it’s successful shortly after the August 18th application deadline.
If successful, the City would be on the hook for one-third of the cost.
