Be On The Lookout For Snow Plows

The Ontario Road Builders’ Association is asking local drivers to let snow plow operators lead the way on area highways.
Executive Director Geoff Wilkinson says several motorists try to pass a snow plow when they encounter one on the road.
He says the drivers of both vehicles are then put at risk.
Passing a snow plow isn’t illegal as previously stated, however police ask that you ensure that it’s completly safe when doing so.
Several CKDR listeners have commented that several times snow plows don’t move over to let vehicles pass.
