There is still a nuisance bear problem in Northwestern
Ontario and the Government has done little to protect local residents.
That is the opinion of John Kaplanis, the President of the Northwestern Ontario Sportsmen’s Alliance.
Kaplanis is again calling for the return of the spring bear hunt.
