Beer Bandit

Some people are very protective of their beer.
Red Lake OPP received a call from a Howey Street resident today who had detained a stranger after they attempted to steal two beers from the refridgerator.
The homeowner caught the woman as she attempted to flee the house and held her until officers arrived.
Police say a 40-year-old Pikangikum woman has been charged with break, enter and theft and will appear in court next month.
