The Province has ensured there will be funding in place for the 1st
year of the Best Start Program although what happens after 2007 is unclear.
Local co-ordinator Barb Buffett says that means officialls will have to
hit the ground running to get plans made for spaces in kenora district.

Originally 115 spaces were to be allocated but Buffett says the final
decision is up to the public & catholic school boards if that number still
stands.
