The agency has achieved Accreditation with Accommodation through Accreditation Canada.
Karen Ingebritson says they went through the agency with a fine tooth comb.
Ingebritson says the award recognizes work in safety practices, work environment and client experience.
The award is the second highest level presented by Accreditation Canada.
