Big Bucks Being Spent on Recruitment Efforts

Huge dollars are being offered in hopes of attracting another full-time doctor to Rainy River.
The Town is offering a salary and incentive package worth over half-a-million dollars,
Mayor Deb Ewald says everyone is doing what they can to attract both doctors and locums to staff the Hospital’s emergency room.
The incentives include $60,000 from the Fort Frances Recruitment and Retention Committee over a 2-year period.
Ewald says there has been some interest in the recruitment effort.
