Aboriginal leaders say a reported police plan to crack

down on protesters with force is threatening an already

fragile relationship with first nations.

aboriginals can’t help but sour relations with police and

governments.

Tuesday, a number of northern ontario aboriginal leaders

gathered in Toronto to speak out against the incarceration

of six members of the Big Trout Lake First Nation for

protesting against mining activity on their traditional

land use territory.
