The nine game winning streak for the Thunder Bay North Stars has come to an end.
The Dryden GM Ice Dogs played a complete 60 minutes en route to a 4-1 win Saturday night in Thunder Bay.
Tanner Watt scored a pair of goals, while Nic Noseworthy and Troy Williams added singles.
Troy Pierce made 26 saves for the win.
Dryden GM fired 37 shots on Riley Corbin.
The Dogs are now eight points up on the Stars for second place in the standings.
