Timmins-James Bay MPP Gilles Bisson is hoping to spark some dialogue
between aboriginals and the Provincial Government on Bill 97.
Speaking at the Nishnawbe-Aski Nation annual convention Wednesday,
Bisson noted the Revenue Sharing Act is stuck in Committee right now.

Bisson says both levels of Government have done a terrible job over
the century in dealing with aboriginal issues and he believes Bill 97 will
finally honor treaty commitments.
