Bisson Upset With Aboriginal Plan

Timmins-James Bay MPP Gilles Bisson believes the time is now to pass
Bill 97 allowing First Nation communities an opportunity to share in
resource-based projects.
Bisson says the Liberals have already shown their ignorance to
First Nation communities with the release of the “New Approach” plan.
He says the strategy does provide more consultation but notes it
contains little action.
Bisson is also upset Aboriginal communities received no money in the
recent round of infrastructure funding.
