The Northwestern Health Unit hopes to create a blind low
vision clinic for the Kenora Rainy River District.
Spokesperson Debbie Cousineau says they’re preparing a
report for the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
Cousineau says the program will provide early
intervention for children who are blind or have low vision.
