Blood Supply OK in Northwestern Ontario

A Spokesperson with the Regional Canadian Blood Services office
doesn’t believe Canada is headed towards a crisis in blood supply despite
a media report to that effect.
Michael Hyduk says they do have a challenge to attract new donors.
Hyduk says 54% of their donor base in Northwestern Ontario is
aged 40 and older.
He adds they have geared recent donor campaigns towards High School
students and first time donors.
