The boil water advisory in the Vermilion Bay area has been rescinded!
Samples collected from the Vermilion Bay Drinking Water System indicate the water is safe to drink.
Residents are being told to flush their taps for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure fresh water is being drawn from their pipes.
The notice was originally in place due to a power outage that caused a loss of pressure, which lead to a precautionary advisory.
