Bombardier Plant Files Injunction Against Unifor

Thunder Bay’s Bombardier Plant is filing an injunction because they feel Unifor breached their picket line protocol.
Company Spokesperson Stephanie Ash says it could take a couple of days before they hear the court’s position.

The company feels the union held up a management employee for over an hour and refused to allow other vehicles to cross the picket line.
